The clinical templates listed below are for downloaded into Medical Director unless otherwise specified. Please note: to access the latest template uploaded onto website, click on the Modified Column.
How to download templates from website:-
- Right mouse click on the link below and select "Save Target As"....
- Select a location on your hard drive on your computer (which you can find later, such as desktop) and save.
Please note that if you open file below in word or similar program the template will not be able to be opened in Medical Director.
How to import templates into Medical Director
- Open Medical Director and the LetterWriterFile menu > Select Modify Template > Select Blank template File menu > Select Import - locate downloaded file and click on Open
- File > Select Save as template - type in appropriate name and click on Save
